Exploring Mindfulness Guided Practices

Here are the guided audio practices that support the Exploring Mindfulness book. There are eight generic settling practices, followed by the twenty-six weekly session practices in alphabetical order. The suggested way to use these with the book is to find somewhere comfortable where you will not be disturbed, then:
  • Bring yourself into a posture where you can remain alert and aware
  • Using your smartphone or computer, play one of the settling practices, as you gently close your eyes
  • When the settling practice is finished, read the chosen session chapter
  • Then play the session guided practice
