The content’s available on the web, tablet or smartphone – so you can play or download the guided meditations on a range of devices.

Getting started with the content and audio

  • Browse the sessions and pick one that resonates with you
  • Guided practice audios to play or download are at the end of each session page
  • Before each session, it’s recommended to settle in a comfortable posture place where you will not be disturbed
  • Maybe following a few mindful breaths, coming to your body and gently acknowledging what’s going on for you in this moment.
  • Then read the session and play the practice, following the guidance provided
